We read every message. Response time is usually 1–3 business days; complex requests (data export, GDPR, deletion verification) may take up to thirty days.
What to email about
- Feature requests and feedback. What would you want the calculator or the app to do that it does not already do? We prioritise based on how often we hear the same thing.
- Image and photo credit corrections. If you spot an uncredited or mis-credited photograph on the blog or on a calculator page, write to us with the link and we will correct it the same week.
- Press, partnership, and media enquiries. Journalists, podcasters, and partners are welcome. Please include your outlet and deadline so we can prioritise.
- Bug reports. Include your device, browser or app version, and the reading or calculator that misbehaved. Screenshots help.
- Privacy, deletion, and data requests. See our privacy policy for the full rights list. Data-subject requests are handled by the same inbox.
- Safety concerns. If a reading contains harmful, offensive, or clearly wrong content, please report it so we can improve the prompt layer.
