CelestKin Partner Program
Fraud & Enforcement Policy
This policy exists to protect honest partners: every rupee or dollar captured by fraud is taken from the pool that pays people doing real work. It forms part of the Partner Agreement (§5).
What counts as fraud
- Self-referrals: attaching your own accounts, family/household accounts you control, or buying through your own code.
- Manufactured signups: paying, incentivizing, or scripting people or bots to create accounts.
- Manufactured purchases: purchases made to inflate your share with the intent of refund/chargeback, or with payment methods you know to be stolen.
- Forced attribution: cookie-stuffing, hidden iframes, auto-redirects, or embedding your code where the visitor did not knowingly click your invitation.
- Brand hijacking: search ads on CelestKin brand terms, impersonating CelestKin, or presenting yourself as an employee.
- Fake engagement: bought followers/views used to obtain or keep partner status.
- Prohibited marketing: health or medical claims, fear-based promises, guaranteed outcomes, or targeting audiences primarily under 16.
How we detect it
- Device and browser fingerprint checks on signups and bonus claims (the same anti-abuse system that protects the whole product).
- Payment-processor risk signals, refund/chargeback patterns, and purchase-velocity anomalies per partner cohort.
- Ratio review: joined vs paying vs refunded per partner, compared against program baselines.
- Manual review of every payout during the program’s early phase — a human looks at your statement before money moves.
What happens
- Honest mistakes get a conversation and a correction — first response is a warning with specifics, not a termination.
- Confirmed fraud voids the earnings from the fraudulent activity, and depending on severity: pauses or ends the partnership, forfeits unpaid fraudulent balances, and — for payment fraud — gets reported to the payment processor and authorities.
- Attributed users always remain CelestKin users; termination never disrupts their accounts.
- Disputes: raise within 60 days of the statement ([email protected]) — obvious errors are corrected in good faith, per Agreement §6.
