Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Purchases
ALL CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Credits are a digital consumable. Once purchased, credits cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Dissatisfaction with reading results or quality
• Accidental purchase or duplicate purchase
• Account deletion or device change
• App unavailability or service interruption
• Change of mind
Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
2. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions (Celestial Pass, Cosmic Oracle) auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to subscription benefits until then.
No partial refunds: No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
Subscription credits: Monthly credit allotments from subscriptions expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over.
3. Free Credits
Free daily credits (3 per day for signed-in users) are complimentary and reset at midnight UTC. Unused free credits do not accumulate. Free credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
4. Exceptions Under Applicable Law
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law. If mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction requires refunds under certain circumstances, those rights apply.
Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies also apply to purchases made through their platforms. You may request a refund directly from Google Play or the App Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a credit purchase, CelestKin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke any credits associated with the disputed transaction. Fraudulent chargeback claims may be reported to the relevant payment processor.
