Acceptable Use Policy

1. Intended Use
CelestKin is designed for personal entertainment and spiritual exploration through astrological chart calculations and AI-generated readings. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these guidelines.
2. Permitted Use
• Generate readings for yourself and people who have consented to share their birth data
• Share individual readings with others via the built-in share feature
• Save and manage birth profiles for family, friends, and loved ones (with their knowledge)
• Use compatibility features to explore relationships
• Engage with daily and weekly cosmic digests
3. Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
• Use the App to provide paid astrology services or commercial readings to third parties
• Bulk-generate readings for resale, redistribution, or commercial publication
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content using automated tools
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on App content for commercial purposes
• Circumvent or manipulate the credit system, payment mechanisms, or subscription controls
• Share, sell, rent, or transfer your account credentials
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit allowances
• Use the App to harass, stalk, deceive, or defraud any person
• Enter birth data for individuals without their knowledge or consent for harmful purposes
• Represent AI-generated readings as human-produced professional astrological consultations
• Upload malicious code, attempt security exploits, or interfere with App operations
4. Content Sharing
You may share readings generated for you on social media, personal blogs, or with friends. When sharing, you must not misrepresent the source or nature of the content. Attribution to CelestKin is appreciated but not required for personal sharing.
5. Birth Data and Consent
When entering birth data for other individuals (for compatibility readings, family profiles, etc.), you represent that you have the knowledge and reasonable consent of those individuals to use their data within the App. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.
6. Enforcement
CelestKin reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Revoke credits obtained through policy violations
• Block access without prior notice for severe violations
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities
• Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by policy violations
