Pre-Registration Reward Terms

Thank you for pre-registering for CelestKin on Google Play. As a thank-you, CelestKin is offering pre-registered users a one-time reward of 80 Credits. The reward is claimed exclusively through our website at celestkin.app and is not offered, advertised, or claimable inside the CelestKin mobile app. These Pre-Registration Reward Terms ("Reward Terms") govern your eligibility for and use of that reward. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By claiming the reward you agree to all three. In the event of conflict, these Reward Terms control for matters specific to the reward.

1. The Reward

Eligible users will receive 80 Credits ("Pre-Registration Credits") added to their CelestKin account. The reward is granted at most once per CelestKin account and is issued solely by CelestKin, not by Google Play.

2. Eligibility

To claim the reward you must: (a) have pre-registered for CelestKin on the Google Play Store during the active pre-registration window; (b) visit celestkin.app and create or sign in to a CelestKin account using a verifiable email address; (c) be at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum digital-consent age required in your country of residence, whichever is higher; and (d) reside in a country where CelestKin is available on Google Play.

3. How to Claim

The reward is claimed only via celestkin.app, not through the mobile app. After signing in on the website during the claim window, the reward is added to your account automatically. Credits appear on your account on both web and mobile once the app launches and you sign in with the same account — but you cannot initiate the claim from inside the mobile app.

4. One Reward Per Account

Pre-Registration Credits are granted at most once per CelestKin account and at most once per verified email address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the reward multiple times is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the reward and suspension of your CelestKin account.

5. Use of Credits

Pre-Registration Credits function identically to purchased credits inside the CelestKin app and can be redeemed for readings, insights, and unlockable features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, gifted, sold, or withdrawn, and cannot be converted to any other form of currency. Unused Pre-Registration Credits expire automatically if your CelestKin account is deleted, terminated, or becomes inactive for an extended period as described in the Terms of Service.

6. Delivery and Confirmation

Pre-Registration Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful claim on celestkin.app. A confirmation is shown on the website at the time of claim. If you believe you are eligible but have not received the reward within seventy-two (72) hours of claiming, contact us using the details in Section 10.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Revocation

CelestKin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, revoke, or reverse Pre-Registration Credits and to suspend or terminate any CelestKin account that engages in, or that we reasonably suspect of engaging in: duplicate-account creation, use of automated tools or emulators to claim the reward, disposable-email abuse, reward farming, violation of these Reward Terms, or any other abusive or fraudulent conduct. Any such revocation is final.

8. Relationship to Google Play

This reward is a CelestKin-administered promotion provided to users who pre-registered for CelestKin on the Google Play Store. It is not a Google Play pre-registration reward product, is not delivered through Google Play's pre-registration reward program, and involves no payment or discounted purchase on the Google Play Store. Pre-registering on Google Play alone does not automatically deliver the reward — you must claim it on celestkin.app.

9. Changes and Termination

CelestKin may modify, suspend, or end the pre-registration reward promotion at any time without notice. Pre-Registration Credits already granted and not revoked under Section 7 will not be removed retroactively by a change or termination of the promotion.

11. Governing Terms

These Reward Terms are part of, and incorporate by reference, our Terms of Service. Defined terms used but not defined here carry the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
